Ok, so everybody wants that one person that they can share everything with. No, i’m not talking about boyfriends… I am talking about best friends.
Now there are many good points, but there are bad points as well. In this article I will be exploring both arguments of this topic.
Let’s start off with a happy note. Everybody has secrets, and everyone wants someone that they can talk to without that secret being spread all around your group of friends, or even enemies. A best friend is an amazing solution. You can tell them anything and know that they will keep your secret forever. Have you ever been through a really tough time and look at the phone anxiously thinking that there has to be somebody you can talk to. When you have a best friend, you always have that person on speed dial. Just having somebody to share things with and have fun with is amazing. But not all best friend relationships are like the friendships you see in the movies.
Now let’s look at the not so good points. Best friends are always spending so much time together that they run out of things to talk about. They get into disagreements and when best friends fight… they play dirty. What about when both of you like the same boy or girl? Here comes world war III.
Those are just a few examples for both arguments, but as you can see, having a best friend can be hard work. Even when you are alone or sad and you think best friends will always be there for you… are they really?
